Do you have court orders to see the child?
Do you have court orders to see the child? If you do, than you filed an enforcement action. You also continue to follow the court orders and show up to pick up the child, regardless of whether or not she intends to give give her to you. Be sure to take someone with you as a witness, and do not go into the house. Begin by sending her a “Notice of Intent to Exercise Visitation Rights” by registered mail.
Even if you do not have court orders, write of your intent to exercise visitation, and show up, just do not go alone. If it is allowed in your state, tape record what goes on.
If you want to know more about what you can be doing, give a call at 1-800-SEE-DADS. We have a whole manual on the subject.
